Meet Jaeana Lewis, A New Jersey Based Pastry Chef whose love for baking began in her nanna’s kitchen. Inspired by those early moments, I pursued my passion at Brookdale Community College and Johnson & Wales University. Earning a bachelor’s degree in Foodservice Management.

In 2023, I founded Krumb Queen, a dessert brand known for bold flavors, upscale presentation, and sweet, royal touches. I specialize in mini desserts designed to spark joy, and nothing makes me happier than seeing the smiles on my customers’ faces with every bite.
